Being on the subject of facial exercise I think it is worth covering electrical facial toning equipment. Is this the lazy gal’s way to a fabulous wrinkle free face or just another way for companies to make money?

I have some personal experience on this subject; a few of years ago a colleague of mine and I bought Sleek Cheeks for ourselves. Not that I had many signs of aging at the time but my skin was looking somewhat lifeless after years of hard work and sleepless weekends.

The product pleasantly surprised both my colleague and me. I could feel the initial benefits already after one treatment; the blood began circulating in my face, which gave me an instant glow. The same was true for my colleague; in fact we could always spot when the other one had been using the toner! As a result another colleague also bought Sleek Cheeks, for both her mum and herself!

In fact, I also bought my mum one and she felt it made the world of difference and still uses it to this day.

Perhaps electrical facial toners are the way forward when pursuing that youthful face? Given the debate in regards to facial exercise this would seem like a good option; ones muscles are worked out but one is not making expressions that may form wrinkles. If it were only that easy!

In search of the truth, I have decided to test this out; I will perform facial exercise for one month and use the electrical toner the  next month and then document my progress. I will keep you posted!

Below are a couple of images of Sleek Cheeks.
